Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your BEFORETHEFALL pieces. If something isn't quite right, please review our guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To be eligible, your items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

We currently accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Faulty Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect

HOW TO START A RETURN

To begin the process, please email us at info@beforethefall.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. For faulty items, please attach a clear photo of the defect so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.

  • Exchanges: If you are returning for a different size, we will ship the replacement once the original item is processed.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
