At BEFORETHEFALL, pre-ordered items typically require 4-6 weeks from the purchase date to reach the delivery phase, while our in-stock inventory is processed and shipped much faster, usually within 2-3 days. Once your order has been handed off for delivery, please allow 10 to 14 working days for it to arrive.

We want to ensure you are happy with your pieces; however, returns are only accepted if an item is found to be faulty. In these cases, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

You won't have to guess when your order is coming—we will send a dedicated shipping confirmation directly to your email the moment your package is on its way. To keep things simple and avoid unexpected costs, all items are dispatched from a third-party warehouse. This setup ensures that no additional customs duties or taxes are charged upon arrival.
